The proposal for the new Rumo Norte Concessionaire arises from the proposition of a building that would relate to the external and internal environment, proposing a new user experience and built environment through visuals and relationships with the subject, car and road. The possible dynamics with the main viaducts, Av. Washington Luiz and Av. Jornalista Roberto Marinho stands out and emerges as an auxiliary object of architecture as an experience for those who pass and those who stay. Thus, despite the narrow terrain, this aspect is used in favor of exploring the construction of exhibition windows for cars through verticalization, approaching the road, which is also elevated. In the same way that it seeks to bring new relationships between the building and the viaducts, the project also looks to bring relationships that go beyond a store, but as a sensitive attempt on the user experience.
